Skinny Shrimp Scampi
Ingredients
- 1 Flatout ProteinUP Flatbread
- 6 large jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined and cooked
- 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan
- 1 t ground parsley
Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Add the mozzarella cheese to the flatbread first. Add the cooked shrimp (with tails removed). Cook for about 5-6 minutes. Top with parmesan cheese and parsley. Enjoy!
