Ingredients
- 1 Flatout ProteinUP Flatbread Core 12
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 oz vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 oz 1/3 fat cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place flatbread in a baking sheet for 5-7 minutes. Then whip together the Greek yogurt, cream cheese and honey until smooth. Spread the mixture on the flatbread. In a small saucepan put the heat on low and add 2 tablespoons water, sugar, and cornstarch. Stir well. Add 1/3 cup of blueberries and stir for about 1 minute. Add remaining fruits and stir for about 1-2 minutes. Top the flatbread with the fruit mixture. Enjoy!
