Black Bean Chicken Taco Flatbread Pizza

This 6-minute Black Bean Chicken Taco Pizza delivers triple the protein with triple the flavor. To prepare this taco pizza, pre-bake 2 Flatout flatbreads at 375 degrees for 2 minutes. In a mixing bowl, season 4 oz of cooked chicken with 1 teaspoon of your choice of taco seasoning. Once mixed well, spread the chicken over the 2 flatbreads. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded Mexican blend cheese followed by a 1/2 cup chunky salsa, and 1 cup black beans. Add 1/2 cup diced tomatoes and red peppers. After adding toppings, bake on 375 for 4 minutes. As a finishing touch, add 2 tablespoon of cilantro. Slice into portions and this flavorful pizza will satisfy your taco and pizza cravings.
