Here’s my latest relish recipe which is super simple and provides satisfying protein from both the chicken and the Flatout ProteinUP flatbread!

Cranberry Chicken Salad Wrap
Serving Size: 1 Wrap
Cranberry Chicken Salad Wrap


  • 1 Flatout Protein UP flatbread
  • 5 oz chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla greek yogurt
Gently mix together chicken, cranberries, almonds and Greek yogurt. On one rounded side of flatbread add the mixture and then roll. You may cut in half or in pieces.
