Mango Basil 6-Ingredient Pizza

Mango Basil 6-Ingredient Pizza


  • Mango Basil 6 Ingredient Flatbread Pizza
  • 2 Flatout® Flatbread Artisan Thin Pizza Crusts
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2/3 cup tomato basil sauce
  • 1 cup mango, chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
  • 3 oz Canadian bacon
  • non-stick baking spray

Serves 2

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a large cookie sheet with non-stick baking spray. Evenly divide the tomato sauce between the 2 flatbreads. Then, sprinkle on the cheese followed by the mango and Canadian bacon. Top with the fresh basil. Bake for about 6-8 minutes. Serve immediately.
