Love the idea of adding shredded coconut! Made a few changes: used unsweetened shredded coconut, dark chocolate choc chips and my JP+ plant protein powder (;
Sounds great!! Thanks for sharing!
Eat how many?
Eat 3 for a serving!
Can I skip the vanilla whey protein powder to keep them gluten free?
Hi Stephanie, the Nutrology grass-fed whey protein powder is gluten-free!
Will PB2 work instead of natural pb?
Sure!
Could these be frozen and eaten directly out of the freezer or would they need to be be thawed first?
Yes!! That is one of my favorite ways to enjoy! They soften up fairly quickly.
How many balls does the recipe make?
Should make about 2 dozen! Thanks!
How long would they last in the fridge?
They should last at last 7-10 days. I actually like keeping them in the freezer! Give it a try!
