Wahoo! It’s time for tailgating! Here are my 3 tips for healthy tailgating!

Strawberry Salsa
Makes 6 servings
2 cups California strawberries, hulled and finely chopped
2 kiwifruits, peeled and finely chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
In a medium bowl, gently mix together all ingredients. Serve with baked whole wheat cinnamon chips or on top of your grilled protein.
