Here are my amazing interns for Fall! Megan and Kristen have been with me during previous terms, as well. Thanks so much for all of your hard work!

Name: Megan Skinner

Career Aspirations: I am interested in food insecurity, clinical dietetics, and research.  I also plan on pursuing my master’s degree as I have been ‘bitten by the research bug’ after completing my undergraduate thesis.  It is exciting that there are so many career opportunities available for registered dietitians, and I look forward to creating my own path as an RD!

Career Aspirations: There are so many areas in nutrition I love them all I want to work in long term care, teach kids, and be a professor. I’d also like to write my own book one day. Being on TV would be fun too!
