aab_intro_sarahThere are tons of products on the market today boasting to contain the real secret to eternal youth and beauty.  But what if I told you that the fountain of youth is only a few delicious bites away?  That’s right.  You can get gorgeous simply by eating the right beauty super foods!  Packed with powerful vitamins and minerals to repair skin, strengthen nails and hair, improve circulation, etc., here are my top 5 foods to get you looking young, healthy, and glowing!

1. Nuts

Contains: Vitamin B complex, Omega 3 fatty acids, Vitamin E

Benefits: Restore and hydrate skin, hair growth, fights wrinkles, protect against free radicals

Nosh & Nourish: Make your own trail mix filled with salt-free walnuts, almonds, peanuts, cashews, brazil nuts etc.
