What fun it was to develop this recipe as I typically use my favorite ingredients to make foods that I know both my readers and my own family will love. This recipe was no exception and full of nutritious ingredients while delivering super yumminess.

Quinoa Avocado Wrap

Quinoa, Grape, Feta, and Avocado High Protein Wrap

Serving Size: 1

Ingredients

  • 1 Flatout [1] ProteinUP Core 12
  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 4 oz plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 oz feta
  • 1/3 avocado
  • 15 red grapes cut lengthwise
  • 1/4 cup baby spinach

Mix together the avocado, cooked quinoa, sliced grapes, feta, and Greek yogurt. Set aside. Open up your wrap and place baby spinach on top of then place as much of the mixture that you would like for your wrap. And wrap to your personal preference.  Enjoy!
