As you all know, I love to get my protein! It helps me to stay satisfied and also helps curb my hunger since I have a hunger for yummy food! lol

This High Protein Black Bean Flatbread is super yummy but also EASY! You hear that? Your teenager could make this! And, even better, I use the Flatout Protein UP flatbread [1]to heal boost the protein even higher to help keep you satisfied longer.

  • 1 Red Hummus ProteinUP Flatout [2] Flatbread
  • 1/4 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1T tomato, chopped
  • 1T sour cream

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Take 1 flatbread and and sprinkle with 1/2 of your cheese and then add black beans and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake for 4-5 minutes. Top with tomato and sour cream. Enjoy!
