It’s pumpkin month…time to figure out a new way to experiment with pumpkin in a yummy way. This is a simple one. People love smoothies. People love pumpkin. So, I decided to make a pumpkin smoothie with only 5 ingredients to keep it simple and affordable at only $1.21 per serving with all ingredients purchased from Walmart. We know this recipes is loaded with good nutrition from the pumpkin, bananas, milk, honey and pumpkin pie spice.
1 banana frozen (make sure you peel banana before you freeze)
1 cup Great Value 100% Pure Pumpkin
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup fat free Great Value organic milk
1/4 teaspooon pumpkin pie spice and/or cinnamon
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy.
