If you love cheese like most people, you will LOVE this flatbread pizza. Three Cheese Pesto Spinach Flatbread Pizza is super delish. I combined my favorite cheeses and added pesto and spinach to get this yumminess. The best part of all though is that I used the Flatout ProteinUP flatbread which is higher in protein and helps to satisfy your hunger.

Seriously, the hubby and kids loved it so much. They wanted it again the day after my recipe testing. It’s also super simple so it doesn’t take much time to prepare at all.

Three Cheese Pesto Spinach Flatbread Pizza

Serving Size: 1

Ingredients

  • 1 Flatout ProteinUP Flatbread
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons feta cheese
  • 2 teaspoons pesto

Instructions

    Directions:

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer the flatbread first with 1 cup of baby spinach, sprinkle the 3 cheeses on top, with the feta going on last. Finally, spoon the pesto over the flatbread. Place on a baking sheet for about 5-7 minutes. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
