As a modern twist on a classic, this Flatout flatbread PB&J recipe is more flavorful and packed with fiber. And the best part is it’s kid-approved and easy to prepare in the mornings before work or school. What makes this peanut butter and jelly recipe better than all the rest is the addition of strawberries, banana and granola. To create this nutritious modern twist on an old-school favorite, you need 5 minutes and 7 simple ingredients.

The flatbread acts as the grain and adds protein to the wrap. Spread a dolop of peanut butter onto the flatbread and an equal portion of jam of your choice. Next, slice one strawberry into thin slivers and slice a banana into quarters. Place the sliced strawberries and 2 quarters of the banana on top of the jam. Next, sprinkle 2 tablespoons of crunchy granola. Roll and enjoy! This PB&J will brighten your day and delight your taste buds.
