As a busy working mom and nutritionist, I’m always trying to create simple and nutritious ways to feed my own girls and to share with my followers. With kids getting ready to go back to school, here’s a healthy treat that will make them happy!

Using 3 simple ingredients…bananas, Greek yogurt and almonds this frozen treat is delicious, nutritious and affordable. I purchased all of my ingredients (and the popsicle sticks) at Walmart. This is another excellent way to use up ripe bananas. If you follow me on Pinterest and my blog, you will see that I LOVE bananas, I also love Greek yogurt and almonds. The almonds add a satisfying crunch to this delicious frozen treat.
