Thanks for  your comment! I would suggest trying a Oikos Greek yogurt. It is higher in protein and lower in sugar than the average yogurt. Let me know how it works!</description>

		<description>I&#039;m hooked on your twitter updates.  I have learned so much - from how to quickly eat kiwi fruit; to walnuts &amp; dried cranberries mix as a snack; to daily greek yourt with honey.  Where I need help is every night after dinner I get hungry around 9:00 pm and so I eat half a small bag of gold fish.  Any healthy substitution for this problem?  I really need help.</description>
